Once logged into Front End Insights (FEI), click the 'Help Center' button at the top right corner of your screen. You will be redirected to our support desk:
Click on any button to view a list of articles available. Select a title to view the article.
The right column allows you to view additional articles within the section you are viewing. You can also ‘Follow’ an article to receive notifications when the article has been updated. Click the ‘Follow’ button in the upper right corner to follow.
At the bottom of the article, you can rate our article. Let us know if the article was helpful – this will help us refine our articles to make them easier to follow.
